remarked that Wella Professionals has been organizing this contest for
8 years in an effort bid to take Thai hairstylists to another level
by offering them a chance where they can show their unique capabilities
and skilled craftsmanship, both locally and internationally.
......... “This year, the winners will be going to New York to present their winning looks to a panel of international judges in "Wella International Trend Vision Award 2011" along with hairstylists from 50 countries worldwide. We are proud to say that Thai hairdressers have made a name for themselves and the country at the international trend vision award finales over the years with their outstanding performances on total creative vision and appreciation of the chosen trends that allowed their skills and innovation in color work and styling to shine. More importantly, having won the Bronze award for the last 3 consecutive years helped earn Thai hairdressers reputation and high regards from the international community”. |

in the competition are categorized into 2 types - the “Colour Talents”
held among professional hairdressers aged 30 years and above, and “Young
Talents” which opened for hairdressers under 30 years of age. Contestants
in both categories were challenged to perform under one of the 4 themes
set for this year features Lumina, Glamazon, Passionista and Polaris
created by Wella Professionals
.........The jury panel of Trend Vision Award including big-name experts in the local hair community Pannipa Pavanarit Director of Panipa Hair Beauty, Chaiyos Nimrotham Director of Pisamai and P4VIVA, Dr. Sirichut Chutkaew Director of Tony & Guy (Thialand), Wuthichai krajaipoch Bronze winner from International Trend Vision Award 2006 and Sutheesak Bhakdeedeva – known for his role as famous TV show commentator Jo the Star, will judge the entries of all the 12 finalists. |

of the evening’s highlights was a spectacular hair show created by a
team of highly skilled and stylish hairdressers from Vidal Sassoon Asia
that brought their passion and edges to inspire Thai hairstylists
.........Last but not least, the trend vision award 2011 final also saw the first ever introduction of “Wella Professionals Care & Styling” – Wella’s new premium quality hair care and hair styling products designed to meet the unmet need of hair in every senses – in a live presentation by top models – Sasikarn Apichatworasin, Pitchanart Sakakron and former Miss Thailand Universe Fonthip ‘Pooklook’ Watcharatrakul. .........Apart from a chance of a lifetime in competition seats at the international trend vision award event, the two winners will receive THB 20,000 cash prize along with Wella Professionals products worth THB 10,000. |
