28th Thailand International Motor Expo 2011 opened the first space
reservation session (June 8) attended by a multitude of keen car companies.
Inter-Media confirmed its readiness to host a splendid Motor Expo befitting
the springtime of the auto industry, trusting that car sales will shoot
up in the final quarter, strongly led by small cars.

Organizing Chairman of THE 28th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2011
said about the atmosphere of the area reservation session that a large
number of car companies and vendors of accessories turned out to book
display spaces as in past years. On the part of the Organizer, he confirmed
full preparedness and the Motor Expo this year would continue to be
held on the vast 60,000 sq. m . inside IMPACT Challenger 1-3, Muang
Thong Thani, with the largest car display area being 1,600 sq. m .
..........The recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan might have disrupted production of the major car manufacturer for a while, but from the third quarter onward it is quite certain that their car delivery can resume and after that the market will surge once again, especially by the last quarter of this year, said Mr. Kwanchai. ..........Kwanchai also said signals given by several car companies suggested that new car model launches, display of concept cars and new car brands could be expected at the Motor Expo this year. Meanwhile the market trend pointed toward continuing strong interest in fuel-efficient small cars and ecocars, and the auto industry was expected to grow by 10% in 2011. ..........Over 10 years experience in organizing the Motor Expo at IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani has proven that we are professionals, and today we still keep striving to become even better at setting up a trading platform where the buying public have an opportunity to meet direct with car companies and vendors of accessories as well as feel and touch modern automotive technology. จัด งานประกวดรถโบราณ ครั้งที่ 35 แนวคิด ปราดเปรียว ขี้เล่น และเจ้าปัญญา ..........สมาคมรถโบราณแห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมกับ ฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค รังสิต เตรียมจัดงานประกวดรถโบราณ ครั้งที่ 35 (THE GLOSSY HERITAGE AWARDS 2011) ภายใต้แนวคิดแห่งปีนักษัตร กระต่าย ปราดเปรียว ขี้เล่น และเจ้าปัญญา" ชวนทุกครอบครัวสัมผัสรถโบราณทรงคุณค่าและหาชมยากกว่าร้อยคัน วันที่ 23-26 มิถุนายนนี้ ณ Alive Park Hall ชั้น G ศูนย์การค้า ฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค รังสิต ..........ขวัญชัย ปภัสร์พงษ์ นายกสมาคมรถโบราณแห่งประเทศไทย เปิดเผยว่า ปีนี้ถือเป็นปีที่ 2 แล้วที่สมาคมฯ ร่วมกับ ศูนย์การค้าฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค รังสิต จัดงานประกวดรถโบราณ ครั้งที่ 35 (THE GLOSSY HERITAGE AWARDS 2011) หลังจากปีที่ผ่านมาประชาชนให้การตอบรับดีเกินความคาดหมาย ซึ่งเรายังคาดหวังที่จะได้เห็นภาพบรรยากาศความน่าประทับใจเช่นนั้นอีกครั้ง ปีนี้เป็นปีนักษัตร เถาะ จึงทำให้นึกถึงกระต่ายที่มีชื่อเสียงที่สุดในโลกนั่นคือ บักส์ บันนี แห่งลูนีย์ทูนส์ ซึ่งได้รับความนิยมจากทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ ..........ด้วยเหตุนี้เราจึงกำหนดแนวคิดของงานปีนี้ว่า ปราดเปรียว ขี้เล่น และเจ้าปัญญา หรือ Whats up Doc ซึ่งเป็นวลีเด็ดของบักส์ บันนี พร้อมกับนำรถ ซิมคาร์ ที่ถอดแบบมาจากคันที่เจ้ากระต่ายใช้ขับในการ์ตูนมาแสดงในงานด้วย ขวัญชัย กล่าว ..........ขวัญชัย เผยอีกว่า ภายในงานจะรวมรถโบราณ รถคลาสสิค และรถจักรยานยนต์โบราณที่หาดูยากกว่าร้อยคัน คิดเป็นมูลค่าทั้งสิ้นกว่า 400 ล้านบาท โดยไฮไลท์ของงานปีนี้ ได้แก่ รถโบราณ RILEY/LYNX SPRITE รุ่นปี 1937, รถหลังสงคราม JAGUAR XK120 ROADSTER ปี 1949, รถคลาสสิค FORD THUNDERBIRD ปี 1957 และรถ SIMCA 8 CABRIOLET ปี 1952 ซึ่งเป็นรถที่ถ่ายทอดเส้นสายมาจากการ์ตูนดังกระต่าย บักส์ บันนี นั่นเอง |

งานสัมมนาให้ความรู้เรื่องรถโบราณ การบริการถ่ายรูปรถโบราณลงแสตมป์ โดยบริษัท

ด้านรัตนา อนันทนุพงศ์ ผู้อำนวยการด้านการตลาด บริษัท รังสิตพลาซ่า จำกัด ผู้บริหารศูนย์การค้าฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค กล่าวว่า ทางศูนย์การค้าฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค รู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ร่วมกับ ทางสมาคมฯ จัดงานประกวดรถโบราณ ครั้งที่ 35 เป็นปีที่ 2 และได้มีส่วนร่วมอนุรักษ์รถโบราณอันทรงคุณค่า ให้คนรุ่นหลังได้ศึกษาและชื่นชม รถที่มีประวัติศาสตร์น่าสนใจ เนื่องจากปัจจุบันรถโบราณหาชมได้ยาก ..........การประกวดรถโบราณเป็นเวทีสำหรับนักสะสม และผู้ที่ชื่นชอบรถคลาสสิค ได้มีโอกาสพบปะแลกเปลี่ยนความคิด พร้อมส่งรถของตนมาจัดแสดงโชว์ และเข้าร่วมประกวด ซึ่งในปีที่ผ่านมาได้รับเสียงตอบรับอย่างดี จากกลุ่มนักสะสม กลุ่มวัยรุ่น นักศึกษา และกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่หัวใจอนุรักษ์ ซึ่งในปีนี้ทางศูนย์การค้าฯได้ขานรับกระแสความนิยม เพิ่มวันให้ได้ชื่นชมความคลาสสิคของรถโบราณกันอย่างจุใจ ตลอด 4วันเต็ม ตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 26 มิถุนายน 2554 ..........สำหรับด้านความพร้อมของสถานที่จัดงานนั้น ยังคงใช้พื้นที่ Alive Park Hall ด้านหน้าศูนย์การค้าฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค และพื้นที่ด้านในบริเวณ Cascata รวมพื้นที่จัดงานทั้งสิ้น ขนาด 4,500 ตารางเมตร เราอยากเชิญชวนประชาชน ทุกเพศ ทุกวัย รวมไปถึงชาวต่างชาติ มาชมงานรถโบราณที่จัดขึ้นเพียงปีละครั้งเท่านั้น ซึ่งจะได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับรถโบราณและรถคลาสสิคทั้งในด้านความเป็นมา จุดเด่นรูปลักษณ์ ตลอดจนสมรรถนะเครื่องยนต์ มั่นใจได้ว่างานปีนี้จะเต็มไปด้วยบรรยากาศที่คึกคักและได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าชมกว่า 200,000 คน นางรัตนา กล่าว ..........พลาดไม่ได้กับ งานประกวดรถโบราณ ครั้งที่ 35 ผู้สนใจสามารถเข้าชมฟรี ณ Alive Park Hall ชั้น G ศูนย์การค้าฟิวเจอร์พาร์ค รังสิต ระหว่างวันที่ 23 - 26 มิถุนายนนี้ Should you require further information, please contact: Ms.Thuchchanun Chunthusan, Public Relations, Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd.
