...........The
“Balloon over Thailand Photo Exhibition” has been organized by the project
operator, Earth Wind & Fire Co, Ltd. to showcase the beauty of Thailand
to interested visitors and tourists at the hotel lobby. It will remain
on view until November 16, 2010.
...........Representing TAT, the main sponsor of the project, Mr. Phanom revealed: “We truly appreciate the initiative of Earth Wind & Fire in presenting to the world the unseen vistas of Thailand from the hot air balloon. This is an innovative approach which has never been undertaken, and ‘Balloon over Thailand ’ would serve as an effective tool to attract more visitors, Thais and foreigners alike, to our tourist destinations. The publication has elaborately portrayed our cradles of civilization alongside the beauty of nature, arts and crafts, architectures and cultural heritage”. ...........Mr. Yut meanwhile delighted: “As a hot-air balloon pilot of the project, I have had the opportunity to travel to 36 provinces and witness the wondrous beauty of our country. I am so pleased and proud to share this experience of a lifetime with everyone. I am confident that every Thai reader will feel the growing pride in our homeland. For foreigners, the book will serve as our ambassador to tell wonderful stories about our country and invite people around the world to visit us. This in turn will generate income for villagers and boost the national economy.” |
